Lurleen Hilliard is the CEO and the Founder of Storm Management Promotions.  She has previously worked for a number of years for Tarantino Productions as initially their Publicist, then Business Manager and finally the Chief Operations Officer.  Lurleen spent one month shy of three years working for the above, and at this time gained a vast amount of experience and connections within the entertainment industry not just in Hollywood but around the world. Lurleen is also a Screen Writer and Consultant who has brought her knowledge and contacts to many productions.

As an accomplished publicist, Lurleen has worked with every mainstream media outlet you can think of across the USA and around the world, and in doing so has built up solid relationships that in many cases has turned into friendships with a lot of journalists who respect her directness and honesty.  She is also a published author and has written directories and books to help victims of abuse, to become survivors and not simply statistics. Her own autobiography 'Survivors Not Statistics' tells her life story and that of her sons living with a narcissistic abuser for far too many years, in the end, she decided that they were no longer going to be victims in life but survivors and not mere statistics in our world.

Lurleen was born and raised in Dublin Ireland and is also a Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress & Sexual  Harassment, making sure our company is a safe and respectful place for all to work. She is a renowned worldwide advocate for all victims of Abuse, Human Trafficking, and a staunch supporter of Law Enforcement & First Responders.
